The SEVE FOURNIER[1] liqueur was created in 1832 by Ernest Fournier.
SEVE FOURNIER is a Fine Champagne Cognac[2] and a cocoa sap based-liqueur, made using an original recipe kept secret since its creation. Around twenty ingredients are used in the blending. It is produced in the Cognac region in France.
Over 170 years of expertise have enabled the SEVE FOURNIER liqueur to obtain the perfect balance between the different ingredients such as vanilla, iris and plant extracts. This know-how results in a soft after-dinner liqueur.
SEVE FOURNIER is a rich and intense liqueur with a golden amber colour. The elegant aromas of the Fine Champagne Cognac are revealed with notes of cocoa and vanilla.
It can be enjoyed on ice as an aperitif or as a liqueur. It can also be used to add flavour to pastry dishes.
